Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your participation in this campaign is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. In case you do not agree to these terms and conditions, your participation will automatically be deemed canceled and you will not be entitled to avail any of the offers/benefits hereto.
1. NEXA is holding a Social Media campaign “#SpotTheCiaz” (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) on Twitter/Facebook.
2. The Campaign is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.
3. To be eligible for this campaign, the participant must follow below-mentioned steps.

Share pictures with Ciaz in NEXA Showroom or Ciaz Display Canter by means of tweets or comments on the contest post.
4. 4 lucky participants will be chosen from entries as winners.
5. Participating in the “#SpotTheCiaz” campaign implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the campaign. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.
6. Winners shall be selected at the sole discretion of NEXA.
7. Winners will be announced via Facebook page/Twitter handle of NEXA.
8. The prize shall be awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if the winning participant is unable to be contacted till 24 hours after the campaign is over, or if any prize is unclaimed or declined by or before 24 hours from the closure of the campaign after receipt of communication to winning customer, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unacceptable and will become void.
9. The winners will be asked to share their ID proofs through Facebook/Twitter direct message to claim the prize.
10. Entries should not (i) contain any inappropriate, harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable or offensive language or content; (ii) should not violate the rights of any party; (iii) contain anything which, if published, would adversely affect the reputation of NEXA.
11. This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook/ Twitter/ Instagram. The participant is providing their information to NEXA and not to any social media website. By participating in the Campaign, the participant hereby consents to the accessing of information of the user on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram by NEXA and/or its event management company for the purpose of this Campaign. Further, NEXA shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today or will be known anytime in the future without any further consideration to the participants including promotion of any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by it;
12. The participation in the Campaign is voluntary. Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Campaign, participant agrees to receive communication(s) from NEXA and/or its event management company relating to the Campaign and participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against NEXA and/or the event management company in this respect.
13. NEXA reserves the right to verify the winner’s details either on its own or through its authorized agency / person and the winner shall provide all necessary assistance in such verification. In exercising this right, NEXA may ask the winner to provide any documentary or other forms of evidence, and if evidence does not establish the same then NEXA, in its sole discretion, will have the right to disqualify the winner.
14. NEXA shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, equipment malfunctions, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted transmissions or other technological difficulties or any other force majeure event that may prevent a participant from participating in the Campaign. Further, NEXA will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries or prizes; (c) any computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Campaign or (f) any delay, damage, non-receipt, lost, misrouted prizes.
15. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules, and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
16. The prize cannot be exchanged with any product or item, is non-transferable and cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances. NEXA shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
17. By participating in the Campaign, each participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Campaign the participant warrants that all information provided by the participant regarding its name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete and that the participant is authorized to provide such information and consents to the use of such information by NEXA and/or its event management company.
18. NEXA reserves the absolute right to amend the terms and conditions of the Campaign or extend the Campaign Period or cancel or discontinue the Campaign or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice. NEXA reserves the right to substitute the prizes under this Campaign with prizes of equivalent value, at its sole discretion. The campaign shall be void, if prohibited by law. In such case, NEXA shall not be liable to provide any gift(s)/ prize(s) or compensation to the winner on any account.
19. The campaign shall be void in any state where prohibited by law. In such case, NEXA shall not be liable to provide any free cashback, gift(s) or compensation to the participant on any account.
20. By entering the Campaign, the participant agrees that NEXA shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law).
21. The decision of NEXA in relation to the Campaign and matter incidental there to shall be final and binding on the customer. The dispute, if any, respect of the Campaign should be sent in writing to Maruti Suzuki India Private Limited, 1, Nelson Mandela Road, VasantKunj, New Delhi – 110070. Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts (“Disputes”) arising out of the Campaign shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the director of NEXA in accordance with the Arbitration and the Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language used in an arbitral proceeding shall be English. Subject to the dispute resolution procedure as set out herein above, the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Campaing.
